The graph shows the stress levels of working women and men in a day. The pie chart shows the factors that contributing in stress of working people .

Comment :
As can be seen for the graph , by the largest percentage of th stress level in particular time periods compares with any other time , women is at 7PM-9PM and men is at 3PM-5PM . In fact , women accounted for as much as 72% of the time periods , and men accounted for 70% . On the other hand , women accounted at 11AM-1PM for 52% is least , and men accounted at 5AM-7AM .

As can be seen for the pie chart , the largest percentage of the factors affecting stress is promotion . The promotion accounted for as much as 45% of the affecting stress and the contiuous upgrade of knowledge accounted for only 5% of the total .

Classification : Bicycles

Bicycle is a popular activity and exercise in Taiwan nowadays . It shows around the parks , roads and outdoors on weekends . Bicycles can be classified in many different ways: by function, by number of riders, by general construction, by gearing or by means of propulsion. The more common types include road bickes, racing bickes , mountain bickes, touring bickes, folding bikes and electric bickes .

Road bicycle is a bicycle designed for use primarily on roads, as opposed to off-road terrain. Sometimes it is used as a synonym for the more specific racing bicycle. In general road bicycles have drop handlebars and multiple gears, although there are single and fixed gear varieties.

Racing bicycle is designed for road bicycle racing , speed, and include road, time trial, and track bicycles. They are fast and have lightweight frames and components. It have drop handlebars to allow for an aerodynamic riding position, narrow high-pressure tires for minimal rolling resistance and gears.

Mountain bicycle is designed for off-road cycling, and include other sub-types of off-road bicycles . All mountain bicycles feature sturdy, highly durable frames and wheels, wide-gauge treaded tyres, and cross-wise handlebars to help the rider resist sudden jolts .

Touring bicycle is designed for bicycle touring and long journeys. They are durable and comfortable, capable of transporting baggage, and may feature any type of gearing system.

Folding bicycle is a type of bicycle that incorporates a number of hinges or joints, which may be lockable, that permit it to be folded into a more compact size. Their major advantage is that they can be folded up and taken on public transport and into buildings .

Electric bicycles are usually powered by electric motors or small internal combustion engines.

The bicycle has had a considerable effect on human society, in both the cultural and industrial realms. In its early years, bicycle construction drew on pre-existing technologies, and more recently, bicycle technology has contributed both to old and new areas. As the gasoline has been raising , some people even use bicycle to go to work instead of driving . Some environmentalists encourge riding bicycle to reduce air pollution and protect green environment . However , bicycle is a good exercise for everyone whatever in any type .

Cause and effect of going on a diet

Diet is not a strange word anymore . Most of women stay with this sentence all the time ," I am on a diet " . Even some elementary schools open a diet class to help those children who are overweight and need to go on a diet .However, it causes many reasons when people want to diet and how it influnce our life .

Some people don't have a good idea about eating , they skip breakfast and don't have enough time for lunch until they treat themselves a big meal on dinner after work . It is not a correct concept of diet but it has become a common situation . Eating too much greasy , salty and sweet also cause body diseases . Addition people don't doing exercise regularly and don't eating on time that why it is easy to gain a fat . Using a good way on a diet is also an important thing . Some people trust the diet pill can lose the weight . However it does work or not but it is not a good way for our health .

I had an experience about diet . I gained 10kg when I was staying in Canada . The life in Western country is boring at night . It is very common having a party and eating out every night for international students . However, the happy time was until the time when I couldn't wear any of my jeans and I realized I should go on a diet , and stop eating too much . I tried to make some light food for myself and exercised regularly . When the weight went down I became more confident and felt comfortable with my body .Until now, as I watch my photos which I was overweight . It seems to remind of me : Keep you in a good shape !

Advantage Of Yoga

Yoga is a popular exercise nowadays . It comes from India and has several thousand history .
Why it has become so popular ? There are the some necessary advantages for our bodies and health .
Yoga practices improves flexibility , for example it minimizes the injury danger as stretching aides lengthen and tighten muscles . Yoga also helps ours in sustaining balance , the majority of people , especially as they began to get older , begin to have problems with balance , which can cause major injuries to falls . By owning a better sense of balance , we can walk more dexterously and safely . Yoga can tone our muscles , all muscles get strengthened by practicing yoga , like muscles strengthening can boost our vitality and sufferance . The stress and pressure of our daily lives can lead to serious illness and disease if left unchecked . A regular yoga practice calms the body and mind , make you more healthy and get away with stress .

Starbucks

Starbucks is the largest coffee company in the world .The company is named from Starbuck, Captain Ahab's first mate in the book Moby-Dick . It is a multinational coffee and coffeehouse chain company based in the United States . Starbucks sells hot and cold drinks, snacks and coffee beans . Through its division with Hear Music brand , so the company also markets books , music and film . Starbucks brand 's ice cream and coffee are also sold at grocery stores like the store 7-11 in Taiwan .

The original Starbucks opened in Seattle, Washington, in 1970 by three partners : English teacher Jerry Baldwin, history teacher Zev Siegel, and writer Gordon Bowker. The first store is located in downtwon Pike Place Market in Seattle . They were inspired by Alfred Peet who is a owner of the Peet's coffee company, they purchased green coffee beans from him and then began buying directly from growers .

In 1971, Starbucks had six stores and just sold beans . In 1987 , Starbucks' chairman, Howard Schultz bought it and was saying they will convert the Diedrich coffee and Coffee People locations to Starbucks stores. Nowadays Starbucks operated locations worldwide to more than 6ooo in 30 countries . They aim to eventually operate 40,000 retail stores worldwide and their collective desire to act like a small company.

I got the sentence from the "World Vision " . We usually think we lack something , like money ,car , house , clothes . . But , if we try to less anything a little and we will get more . Example , if we less talking on cell phone for 2 mins everyday , or less a dinner with friend or less buy clothes . And a day by day , less is more !

About describe my appearance . . .
For one thing , I will say I have single eyelids , because it is a characteristic on my face .
I am a pointed nose and it is a part of my face that I like most . It has a scar on my left eyebrow because I got a hurt when I was a little . I have a small mouth and thin lip . I am medium height . I am an oval face and short brown straight hair .
I usually wear casual clothes like T-shirt and jeans but sometimes I like to dress up and makes something different style . I like to smile because it makes me more beautiful .

Canada

Canada is a country occupying most of northern North America, extending from the Atlantic Ocean in the east to the Pacific Ocean in the west and northward into the Arctic Ocean. It is the world's second largest country ,and shares land with the United States to the south and northwest.

In eastern Canada that Toronto is the largest city in Canada .It is located on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario . And nearby Toronto that Ottawa is the capital of Canada .

In western Canada, Vancouver is a city located in southwestern British Columbia. It is the most livable cities in the world .The 2010 Winter Olympics will be held in Vancouver and nearby Whistler.

Canadian culture has historically been influenced by British, French, and Aboriginal cultures .It is a bilingual and multicultural country, with English and French languages . Most of Canadian can speak both of languages .

The Dreamer "John Lennon"

John Lennon is a person who I would like to meet most if he was still alive . I know him by "The Beatles " which is the greatest rock band in the 60~70 century . When I first knew him by his song is called "imagine". It is a song about the no war, peace and cosmopolitism world . He liked to express his thinking and put words into the songs . He used to write very simple words but it touches my heart deeply.

John Lennon was an English songwriter, singer, musician, graphicartist, author and peace activist who gained worldwide fame as one of the founders of The Beatles. He had two sons, Julian, with his first wife Cynthia, and Sean, with his second wife, artist Yoko Ono. Lennon was murdered by his fan in New York City on 8 December 1980 . He was just 40 . Until now every year on 8 December, there is a memorial ceremony in Hollywood . There will be a lot of his fans come from different countries and memorize him . It includes speakers discussing Lennon, and musical tributes.

Most of the songs he wrote I was not born yet . But, everytime when I listen to those songs and they touches my heart even encourage me when I feel down . Sometimes I feel we have a lot of the same ideas for life style , love or the view of this world . He was a peace activist . Many songs he wrote that wished our world could be more peaceful . Sometimes I wonder , if he was alive , what would he think about the world nowadays ? Would he still insist and believe the cosmopolitism world someday ? However , we could never know this answer . But, I believe he would still forward to it by his songs , influence and inspire people from his music .

My dog

My dog , a brown and gray colors , is overweight . He has innocent eyes when he is looking at you or begging you . He is smart and human . He knows how to bring joy to people very well . Sometime when I get depressed and he seems to know me , he will walk to me and stay by my side . Even without any word but he seems to understand me . That 's a sweet way he is . But , he is not a good boy all the time . He is lazy to move when I was calling him or asking him to do something unless you show food in front of him . Sometimes he makes noise when people ignore him but after that he will get punishment . Some punishment is good for little kids even dogs . When he was a little , he peed and poo anywhere in my house . But after I tried to teach or punished him , and right now he know where to go toilet. According to reports , the most friendly animal is dog . Whether it is ture or not ,I really enjoy having a great time with my dog . I can't live without him .

It is Angel . ^^

I got this nickname from my senior high school classmate . She thought I was a kind of forgetful and careless person and always had a smile on my face . It seems that I didn't need to worry about anything . So , she thought I am like an "angel" . ^ ^ anyway, I pretty like it .

After graduated I worked in a company which helped the goverment to run the motor vehicle service station . It was a challenging and interesting job for me . I learned a lot of things from there . Maybe I was younger and had some plan for myself . So, I quit it after I worked there for 5 years .

In the past 5 years , I didn't have time to stop and watch my life even thinking . So , I decided to take a long vacation for myself . I went to Vancouver , Canada for 4 months . I took an English school (ESL) in the daytime . It was hard for me in the begining . Besides English , I needed to learn to adapt to the new culture and society. Fortunately, I met some good friends and they helped me a lot .

After I came back to Taiwan , I work in my patents company until now .The company factory is in Vietnam . We are making a traditional product called "ghost money"and then import it to Taiwan . It starts to invest in Vietnam for10 years . Nowadays , Vietnam has become a place which attract international investment.

I go back to study English again because I want to improve it and I also want to get higher degree also . Sometimes I like to go traveling , it will be very helpful for me when I go to another country by myself . In the near future, I hope I could have an opportunity to study abroad and get an English job . It is my dream and I will try my best to fulfil it .
