Some people don't have a good idea about eating , they skip breakfast and don't have enough time for lunch until they treat themselves a big meal on dinner after work . It is not a correct concept of diet but it has become a common situation . Eating too much greasy , salty and sweet also cause body diseases . Addition people don't doing exercise regularly and don't eating on time that why it is easy to gain a fat . Using a good way on a diet is also an important thing . Some people trust the diet pill can lose the weight . However it does work or not but it is not a good way for our health .
I had an experience about diet . I gained 10kg when I was staying in Canada . The life in Western country is boring at night . It is very common having a party and eating out every night for international students . However, the happy time was until the time when I couldn't wear any of my jeans and I realized I should go on a diet , and stop eating too much . I tried to make some light food for myself and exercised regularly . When the weight went down I became more confident and felt comfortable with my body .Until now, as I watch my photos which I was overweight . It seems to remind of me : Keep you in a good shape !
